Total body exercises focusing on core stability and functional movement.

WHAT IS FLOAT FITNESS?
Float Fitness is a boutique fitness studio offering specialized training in Kettlebell Sport, Functional Training, Body Awareness Training and CoreAlign®.  Float Fitness focuses on small group and private instruction with an emphasis on proper technique and form.

Kettlebell Sport training is the most efficient way to train with competition kettlebells.  It involves techniques that will allow for strength/endurance, power/endurance, cardiovascular training, weight loss and toning rolled into one workout.  We also implement assisted drills using TRX Suspension Training®, BOSU Elite, Weck Method Coiling & Compression Techniques, Weck Method RMT Club, Bulgarian Bags, Battling Ropes and Concept 2 Rowers, Boxing, Kick Boxing.

We only use top of the line equipment from Kettlebell USA®, Kettlebell Kings®. CoreAlign® movements consist of progressive total body exercises focusing on core stability and functional movement, which lead to improved strength and flexibility.

As a retired 15-year MLB player, I have trained with elite athletes and trainers around the country. I have sought out and worked with pioneers in the health and fitness industry. I also have a diverse background in Muay Thai, no-gi submission grappling, and kettlebells.

I began training with kettlebells in 2004 and obtained my IKFF Level I CKT in 2012, followed by my IKFF LEVEL II CKT in 2016. I am the founder and owner of Float Fitness – a concept that utilizes kettlebells, bulgarian bags, and body weight exercises for a workout that encompasses power endurance, strength and flexibility.
